Comprehensive Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, including logistics coordination, site readiness, installation planning, and the final commissioning of IGRT, SGRT, and TPS solutions.
Technical Site Design: Utilize CAD software to design bunker layouts and plan installation infrastructure, ensuring optimal integration of equipment within the clinical environment.
Installation & Technical Execution: Perform high-precision installations and routine calibrations; independently conduct troubleshooting, complex repairs, and preventative maintenance (PMI) on advanced medical hardware and software.
Clinical Partnership & Guidance: Provide on-site technical support during patient treatments to maximize system efficiency; investigate and resolve customer queries to ensure minimal clinical downtime.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison between hospitals, local contractors, and key radiation oncology partners to ensure seamless system integration.
Technical Instruction: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinical staff and hospital engineers on the proper use, safety, and maintenance of the product portfolio.
Engineering Analysis: Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure all site work meets the highest technical and safety specifications.
Regional Market Intelligence: Stay current on global technological developments and competitor activities to maintain the company’s position as a market leader.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management or field engineering for high-capital medical equipment; direct experience in Radiotherapy or Medical Imaging is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical site planning, radiation safety, and the integration of medical software systems (PACS/DICOM).
- Willingness to travel between Hong Kong and Taiwan and occasionally to other APAC regions.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential for coordinating with regional teams and local stakeholders.
